Organization and coordination of an annual scientific congress in rotation in the European capitals. Overall budget (3.600 K €)
Site selection: RFP to major European convention bureau Paris, Madrid, Milan, London, Geneva, Lisbon
Providers selection: venues, catering, exhibition managers, hostesses, hotels, audiovisual, digital APP and onsite managers. (250 staffs in 3 days)
Sales: commercialization of exhibition spaces to more than 100 global companies, profit results 2,000 K€
Marketing content management: creation and design of the event scientific program in collaboration with more than 50 KOL
Digital marketing: introduction of live events, social media campaign, SEO optimization, and event APP
Marketing material coordination: Design of brochures, invitations, goodies, signage, room setup and hostesses uniforms
Operational F&B: coordination including evening reception, travel arrangement & hotel for 500 pax
